3. Organize and plan
When stuff are organized, it becomes easier for our mind to keep focused. Get rid of unnecessary things around you! Plan your grocery shopping in advance and make food preparation for the coming week.

Writing things down makes them real, relevant and clear – Take a pen and paper and keep track of how you feel and what your goals are. If you keep track of what you want, it will be easier to succeed! Schedule your workouts in the calendar! It helps you to focus and motivate you to move on.
5. Mix it up
Training doesn’t have to be the same routine over and over again. Try different things and use what you have around you. Whether you go to the gym, the box, the swimming pool or exercise outdoors. Change your routine to keep your body alert and outside the comfortable zone.
6. Find a training partner
