Did I mention I love bred?
Tonight I made a beautiful tasty grain free, gluten free Paleo bread.
Here is the recipe:
1/2 dl almond spread
1/2 dl coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 dl golden flaxseed
3 tbsp coconut flour
3 tbs almond flour or banana flour
1/2 dl Paleo protein mix
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Blend the almond spread, eggs, coconut oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar together.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Then mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until browned and completely set. Remove from the oven and allow the loaf to cool for 10 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for one week.
