ATHLETE PROGRAMMING ($21/week) contains functional workouts that suit you who want to develop both strength and cardio in your home gym or in a Crossfit box.
Each week, you will get 5 (days) varied workouts that will challenge you at your current fitness level. This programming requires some experience.
Each training session is divided into blocks and you can choose which blocks you want to focus on or you can do them all.
Block A: STRENGTH & OLYMPIC LIFTING
Bock B: GYMNASTIK (BODYWEIGTH EXERCISES)
Block D: METCON (CARDIO, HIIT)

This package includes the first month (4 weeks) exercise programs. I give no return on purchased training programs! If you want to continue to month 2, I will send a link manually at the end of your first training month.
