FOR HER is a 4 weeks program ($24/week) contains specialized developed training programs for females new to training or for her that wants to get back into training after a pregnancy. You can do all exercises at home or in a gym. Our functional exercises are developed to build, tone and strengthen your body, especially your core strength.
Each week you’ll get 4-5 varied workouts that will challenge your current fitness level. There are plenty of exercises and levels to choose from. All exercises are suitable for the beginner or if you want to get started after a pregnancy. Most exercises can be scaled. Each exercise comes with a description and a video clip.
You pay month to month by PayPal. No lock-in contracts! This package includes the first month (4 weeks) exercise program. We give no return on purchased training programs!
