PROGRAMS FOR HER ($21/week) contains specialized developed training programs for females new to training or for her that want to get back into training after a pregnancy. You can do all exercises at home or in a gym. Our functional exercises are developed to build, tone and strengthen your body, especially your core strength.
Each week you get 4 varied workouts that will challenge your current fitness level. There are plenty of exercises and levels to choose from. All exercises are suitable for the beginner or if you want to get started after a pregnancy. All exercises can be scaled or driven at full speed.
Each individual exercise comes with both a description and a video clip, as well as different levels (scaled & advanced).
You have access to email contact with your coach and you will get your questions answered within 24 hours.

You pay monthly. This package includes the first month (4 weeks) exercise program. I give no return on purchased training programs! If you want to continue to month 2, I will send a link manually at the end of your first training month.
