GET FIT PROGRAMMING ($24/week) is a fitness program that suits you who wants to develop both cardio and strength with functional exercises.
Each week you will get 4-5 varied workouts that will challenge your current fitness level. You can do most of the workouts at home with simple exercise equipment.
Each exercise comes with a description and a video clip. Most workouts gives you options on how to scale the exercises. There are plenty of exercises to choose from each week!
You pay month to month by PayPal. No lock-in contracts! This package includes the first month (4 weeks) exercise program. You can stop after a month or continue as long as you want.

I do not take on hundreds of clients at the same time, therefore I get to know my clients! I don’t have employees making the programs for me. My online coaching is run on a personal level and and it’s important for me that you get the attention you need to reach your goals. I will be your coach and personal trainer, not only a fancy app generating cheap programs for you.
