GET FIT PROGRAMS ($21/week) is a fitness program that suits you who want to develop both cardio and strength with functional exercises.
Each week you will get 4 varied workouts that will challenge you at your current fitness level. You can do most of the workouts at home with simple exercise equipment or if you rather train in a gym.
Each individual exercise comes with both a description and a video clip. Some exercises gives you options to scale or go advanced. There are plenty of exercises to choose from each week!

This package includes the first month (4 weeks) exercise program. I give no return on purchased training programs! If you want to continue to month 2, I will send a link manually at the end of your first training month.
