Stepping on the scales yesterday made me a bit worried. I have put on another two kilos and are currently the heaviest I’ve ever been (when not pregnant). The weird thing is that I don’t feel that heavy. I actually feel better and stronger than ever.
I have suffered from IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) a long time and when it’s really bad my belly blows up like a ballon and I have a hard time doing anything but lying flat on the ground. I have tried all sorts of different diets but I never really stopped my supps. Normally It helps by cutting out carbs and eat less.
This time around my IBS was super bad and I didn’t feel like eating less or cut our my carbs. I need my energy for all the Crossfit training I do.
I went back to eating clean – a PALEO diet without any suppliments. I even cut out my beloved Stevia sweetener.
3 weeks in to my Paleo diet I’m heavier but my tummy is flat and I feel just great! I’m not shredded but I do look strong and
I feel good! It was a long time ago since I felt like this!
