6 great tips to get started for real
Sometimes there are too many “musts” in life and you just want to give up. You lose focus from your goals. I know how it feels when things in life takes over everything else. It’s easy to loose track and hard to get back to the routine again. If you have recently lost track of your training goals and need some motivation, then I have six good tips for you to Get back on track again!
1. Surround yourself with good people
Surround yourself with people living a healthy life and having a positive impact on you. Delete people who makes you feel bad from your phone.
2. Love yourself
It’s important to be happy! Stop being too hard towards yourself. look at the positive things you do and don’t focus on the negative stuff. Even if you start slow, be proud of it!
3. Plan ahead
It’s easier to keep focused when things around you is organized. Make to do lists, clean your home and plan your grocery shopping in advance! Also it’s important to plan your training and if you don’t know how to make effective programs, I will strongly suggest following a good fitness program.
4. Write it down
Writing things down makes them real, relevant and clear – Take a pen and paper and keep track of how you feel and what your goals are. If you keep track of what you want, it will be easier to succeed! Schedule your workouts in the calendar! It helps you to focus and motivate you to move on.
5. Have fun
Training doesn’t have to be the same routine over and over again. Try different things and use what you have around you. Whether you go to the gym, the box, the swimming pool or exercise outdoors. Change your routine to keep your body alert and most important, keep it fun!
6. Find a training partner
This is perhaps one of the best ways to get really committed. If you know a friend is waiting for you in the gym, you will most likely go!
