A bad posture makes you look fat
Your posture not only affects the way you are perceived, it also has a great impact on your metabolism, where you put on body fat and muscle development.

While working in the office it is easy to pick of bad habits negatively affect your posture. This comes from working in front of a computer all day. If your ears are extending well beyond the front of your shoulders, then you may have a hunchback.
A ‘hunchback’ position makes you look hunched and appear shorter, no one wants that.
Another posture problem that affects almost anyone who sits a lot is when your butt sticks out and your gut protrudes. Because this is a musculoskeletal issue, no amount of fat loss will get rid of that gut.

If you don’t correct your bad posture you’ll end up with looking fat and short PLUS, headaches, neck pain, pain under the shoulder blades, mid back pain, lower back pain, hamstring tears and plantar fasciitis. Maintaining proper posture is good for both your image and your diet. Fixing you posture also has known long term benefits.
There is two things that will help you get a better posture; stretching and weights/resistance training.
Love your body and keep the posture proud!
