This recipe is a really good one! Not only because it’s easy to make but it taste like heaven and it loads you up with good energy your body needs when performing hard.
It’s full of good fats, super foods, fibre and nutrients. Perfect for any athlete or human being!
Make up big batch, slice it, pack it and freeze it for daily consumption.
Raw Brazil Nuts or Raw Walnuts (or both)
(Raw Pumpkin Seeds)
A little Coconut Oil to get the base sticky
Tiny bit of coconut Milk
Base: Put the ingredients in food processor: 4 cups each of the of following: dried cranberries, gojis, nuts. Whiz it up and (add coconut oil) Place in large bowl and mix in 3 cups of shredded coconut. Press the base in large containers. About 2 cm thick
Topping: Put the ingredients in food processor: 4 avocado, 3 tablespoon cacao, 4 cups raw cashews! Spread topping on top of base! Place in freezer and after about 30-40 mins take out and slice into squares – it’s really hard to slice this stuff once it’s frozen!
When taking out frozen pieces it taste really good to heat them up in the microwave.
