It is my first week on a new training program is done and my body is feeling the change, and it’s both good and bad.
The good thing is that I’m forced to train stuff I’m not very good at…a lot, like gymnastic… I really need to improve my gymnastic skills and when I do my own programs I never focus enough on gymnastic skills work.
I’m very good at pushing myself. Every training session must be hard in some way or I feel unsatisfied. That’s just me… I don’t want to train for the sake of training, I want to train to be better! I want to compete! In order to do that, and do it good I need to improve some skills… small steps forward but fast enough to not waste time!
The ONLY thing that can stop me is an injury. They happen fast and with no warning but I hope and wish I will avoid them this time… I just have to be careful.Week one is done and tomorrow I rest!
