Full body workout
Do you need some inspiration for your outdoor full body workout? Here is a really fun one!
This one was in the Spit outdoor gym. A great, simple full body workout.
10 laps of:
6 pullups (total 60 reps)
6 knee to chest (total 60 reps)
10 push ups (total 100 reps)
6 dips (total 60 reps)
No rest in between laps!
