IT’S IMPORTANT TO STAY FIT AND MAINTAIN YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE

It can be hard to know what do do when your gym have to shut down, but you are not alone! I will give you all the help you need to maintain your fitness routine! Here is 3 options for you:

1. Join my ZOOM classes at 9am Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, message me to get the ZOOM ID!
2. Sign up for online custom made daily training programs to meet your specific fitness goals
3. Book in for 1 on 1 personal training or small group training.  

JOIN MY ZOOM SESSIONS Train anywhere! In your living room, a park or in your garage gym.

Minimal equipment needed

You don’t have to have any equipment to join my ZOOM classes, but recommended is a kettlebell or a dumbbell. 

All exercises are scalable 

You can esily scale your workout based on your fitness level and what equipment you have. 

Everyone is welcome to join!

Beginners or fit athletes – Everyone is welcome! You can go hard or scale it back to your own fitness level.
