Homemade Paleo balls
Once a month my urge for sweet snacking shoots to the roof! My hormones is all over the place and I feel weak and weepy. Do you recognise the feeling? Yes, it’s the female menstrual cycle messing with us and it’s hard to not give in.
At those hard times I make my own Paleo balls. It’s such an easy and simple way to get rid of the urge and fuel up before a workout.

This is how I make my healthy Paleo balls
CHOCOLATE BALLS
Ingredients;
Dates
Cashew
Coconut flakes
Raw cacao
Almond spread
Honey
(you can add some chia as well)

Ingredients;
Dates
Cashew
Goji berry
Goji berry
Honey
Vanilla extract
Almond spread
Roll them and put them in the fridge for an hour and then enjoy!
