I’m a year older and I feel nothing different than I felt a year ago.
I don’t like birthdays, it makes me melancholy in a bad way. I usually question myself, if I should have been able to do more?
I had a dinner party in the evening and ate lots of good food and a lovely cheese cake. It got a bit much but the next morning I obviously worked it off on my new birthday gift – my chins and dips station!
Did about 7-10 sets of: Dips, supinated pull-ups, sumo squats with KB, lunges with KB, push press with KB and abs with 10kg weight plate. Then I went for a walk with the kids to the beach. It was about 12km in a calm pace. Kids love to run around on the beach.
My goal for the new years right is to find a good routine here in Australia. Routines that makes me bigger, stronger and more harmonious.
Went to World Gym Burleigh and let the sweat out. 3km running 8 sets of 10 dead lift of 70kg superset of walking lunges with 20kg. Leg Raise in position with rubber bands and a lovely donkey kick in the machine. Finished off in the stair master for 15 minutes. Went home and washed the car with the kids.
In the evening we grilled chicken in our lovely garden ….
