I love the feeling strong!
It’s just something really cool about feeling strong. If I only had known how good it was, I would have started weights training in much younger years.
Nothing can beat that feeling “strong”…exept “love” of course. Being in love might be a more powerful feeling but after that it’s definitely strong!

When once heavy weights becomes easy and I clearly can se my progress, that’s when it’s worth all the hard work and counless hours in the gym.
I work hard for my results but I also like to work hard. When I exhaust my body I feel relaxed in many other ways and when I’m totally trashed and the endorphins kicks in… that is priceless!


Sometimes when I walk home from the gym or crossfit box after a disgusting hard workout, I meet random people on my way and I can se they are looking at me. I know what they are thinking cause sometimes they say it out loud. “You look fit” “What sport are you in?” “Great arms” “You look strong!”
