I love being in the gym helping people improve their fitness and achieve their goals. Living in Surfers Paradise makes it possible to take my clients to the beach for a session and that makes it just more fantastic.
I can take my crew down to the Surfers beach to sweat, catch some fresh air and feel like we are in paradise!
