Gain some serious strength and cardio fitness. This program is a CrossFit inspired and contains olympic weightlifting. Some training experience is needed to follow this program.

FIT MOM

Specialised developed training programs for females new to training or for moms that wants to get back into training after pregnancy. You can do all exercises at home or with minimal equipment.

100% personalised meal plan calculated on your macro nutrients. The meals are based on your requirements. Change things around and create your own meals based on your macros.

Loose weight on a vegetarian, plant based diet. We exclude all meats and dairy from this meal plan and tailor a good composition of different vegetarian foods for you to enjoy.

WEIGHT LOSS

Loose weight with a well-balanced diet. This meal plan do not exclude anything from the food pyramid. We aim to increase your metabolism and get rid of unwanted body fat.

PALEO

Reduce your sweet tooth, get more energy and feel better. Most people loose weight when starting to eat clean and it can also help with IBS. This meal plan is not vegetarian.
