ATHLETE PROGRAMMING 4 weeks ($24/week) contains constantly varied functional movements that suit you who wants to gain strength and cardio fitness. This program works great for anyone training at a CrossFit box.
Each week, you will get 5 (days) varied workouts that will challenge your current fitness levels. This programming requires some experience and exposure to CrossFit or similar.
Each training session is divided into blocks and you can choose which blocks you want to focus on or you can do them all.
Block A: STRENGTH & OLYMPIC LIFTING
Bock B: GYMNASTIC (BODY WEIGTH EXERCISES)
Block D: CONDITIONING (CARDIO, HIIT)
You pay month to month. No lock-in contracts! This package includes the first month (4 weeks) exercise program. You can stop after a month or continue as long as you want.

My online coaching is run on a personal level and and it’s important for me that you get the attention you need to reach your goals.
