FIT MOM is a 4 week program ($24/week) contains well tested specialized developed training programs for females new to training or for her that wants to get back into training after a pregnancy. You can do all exercises at home with simple equipment or in your gym. The exercises are developed to build, tone and strengthen your body, especially your core strength.
Each week you’ll get 4-5 varied workouts that will challenge your current fitness level. There are plenty of exercises and levels to choose from. All exercises are suitable for the beginner or if you want to get started after a pregnancy. Most exercises can be scaled. Each exercise comes with a description and a video clip and you get my support as long as you are my client.
You pay month to month. No lock-in contracts! This package includes the first month (4 weeks) exercise program. You can stop after a month or continue as long as you want.

My online coaching is run on a personal level and and it’s important for me that you get the attention you need to reach your goals. I will be your coach and personal trainer, not only a fancy app generating cheap programs for you.
