Who do you think you are?
In order to be a better athlete I need to change or work with my mental strength as well as training my body.
Apparently there is two versions of me inside of my brain every day. One of them can prevent me from being everything I’m capable of being and the other provides a direct line to my true potential.

All answers come from within. You’ll hear two inner voices when you need to make a decision. The quiet voice is your higher self; the loud voice is your ego. Always go with the quieter voice.
The ego might have have told you negative stories about about yourself for a long time but it might be far from the truth.
If you give your ego to much airtime it will separate you from the truth and your pure potential.

I’m a optimist
I’m a easy going person
I’m outgoing
I vorrie easy
I’m a lone Wolf
I’m very organised
I’m a bad looser
This might not always be the truth! It’s often past experiences or what others have told you what you are. The ego is only giving you the best re-cap of what it think is happening.

There is a ton of labels telling your ego who you are.
Your name, age, job, sex, height, weight or if you are a daughter, mother, father, friend or even what car you drive or neighborhood you live in.
If you strip away labels and what’s left is the identity of the purest you.
I need to appreciate my talents, beauty, and brilliance and lc.
